• Personal Injury | The Georgia Court Of Appeals ruled that the defendant was not liable based on the preceived knowledge of the danger of all parties involved | Plaintiff was injured while working on defendant's property where there were changing conditions on the premises of which conditions plaintiff had no control or knowledge of each change until he was seriously injured. The trial court ruled in favor of defendant. The case was appealed to the Georgia Court of Appeals.
